Fresh Pacific Snapper Ranchero
Dusted in spicy bread crumbs, grill-broiled and topped with Ranchero sauce, jalapeno avocado sauce and Mexican cheese. Suggested Wine: Rutherfood Cabernet or try it with Ballast Point Sculpin IPA.
Seared Fresh Day Boat Scallops
The ice has thawed, the boats are fishing and fresh scallops are back! Sautéed spinach, tomato, portabella mushrooms, and garlic cream. Served with one side choice. Suggested Wine: San Felice Chianti Classico.
Fresh Alaskan Halibut Fillet
First of the season – This snow-white delicious fish is prepared with a topping of Mango-Pineapple sauce or dusted with breadcrumbs and brushed with parsley butter. Suggested Wine: Firestone Chardonnay.
